Lvl 50 help

Hey guys I am a lvl 54 kido on Eu 69 with following partners : Chad, rangiku, Ichigo, renji, yumichikia,nemu, marechiyo,nanao
my current pvp build consist of 1-3-1 : nemu supp , main + renji + rangiku as + chad vg
I have 200 rn and I am not sure which to buy next . Like should I improve my nemu to orihime OR should I get momo and kick out rangiku ? not sure what to do :/ I am stuck on place 44 right now .
My goal is place 39 or at least 40. I am trying to improve my equip but i can't defeat the bosses in the lvl 50 ini on hard .
This is my first char so there's a lot of things I don't know and I am learning a lot every day, And yes I know the 19 tips post . I read a lot about Bleahc onlien but some posts are contradictionary .Thanks for your help

yeah but i can't beat the lvl 50 dungeon so pvp is my main source of material
why is rukia so good?

Get rukia, pvp on the lowet level is rathet useless, better focus on pve dailies, and you'll gain an upper hand in a long run

i would sugest getiing orihime and keeping rankigu, just because she is a very good damage dealer with a lot of crits and momo doesn't always stuns with her skill so it really is based on luck thats why i never even got her when i was your level.
