Best Enchant Stat

What is the best stat to have when enchanting a weapon considering both pvp and pve?

i have some blue enchants(from reio events)..should i use 'soul blade'(damage rate 2%) or 'pierc ...

yeah it's pretty good, and the higher your hp is the more it heals so it can be a great enchant

I use it too it revives alot espically when i barley took dmg makes it look like a one-shot hit lo ...
