No daily coupons reward after topped up

Hello.
I topped up 800golds, the last day of visored revenge ( second day Bankai Power ), but in DAILY SIGN-IN i can't get the daily coupons reward.
on Both my accounts.
EU servers

well the time when you get coupons is every third day from the 3rd every month (3rd,6th,9th,12th...)
or what bothers you is the monthly card? I dont quite understand it becouse you showed us a picture of the 13th when you dont get coupons

There isn't a way to show u.
I have the payment copy on my mails, and GG can see that, too.

I am playing the game from more then 2 years now. I wasted tons of $ in the game. No point to lie about some coupons lost. I won't be king of the servers with the lost coupons XD
But if i pay $..... at least i'd like to have a working game that's it.

support team is in China and they can't read English

no idea, just to make good impression?
maybe long ago it worked, but for almost year I have been active here, I have seen only one post from admin and it was about lack of supervalue gift, so about people losing their gold, guess it was too big deal to ignore it
either way I hope that they will answer you and your problem will get solved

have you tried to send e-mail to [email protected]? GoGames rather doesn't look at forum, if you send them e-mail there is at least small chance that they will answer and help, but don't get your hopes up, GoGames isn't known for best customer service

I wrote with in-game chat to US

also this chat won't help you at all, this is just chat for players, staff won't see it, they would need to have one person on every server 24/7 online
