hi, so i unlock csb and a guy say hakuteiken byakuya is best than shura kenpachi, kyoka seigetsu aizen, white ichigo. soo what do you think?

I have a better option,
Go with shura kenny
and get yamamoto from exc frags gift for free in a months time.

That will help you both for pvp and pve as well. DoT of yama is really nice and as zento said shura can deal with any VG <3

Hakuteiken Byakuya (CSB Byakuya) is best if you need that partner who is there to attack all opponents, so if you're missing a partner who can attack all enemies or need more damage that hurts everyone on the enemy team, then CSB Byakuya is for you ^^ He's works exceptionally well in PVP (Player vs Player) with this -10% speed deduction to the enemy when he skills, whilst also hitting all enemies for a high amount of damage ^^

Shura Kenpachi (CSB Kenpachi) is best if you need that insane PVE (Player vs Environment) boost. He will help you complete solo fights in Aizen's Hollow Map battles and help you compete in PVE events such as Evil Spirit or Ryoka ^^ He can also work in PVP too if you need a partner who can take care of the enemy Vanguard for you, since CSB Kenpachi's skill deals an insane amount of single target damage, and will take care of any enemy defence for you ^^

So really in the end, it all goes down to who you need, they're both equally great, one suited for PVE and one suited for PVP, so it just depends on which area you need help in. A good overall choice of a partner to choose out of these 2 would be CSB Byakuya as he can also help in PVE whilst providing more for your team ^^

if you already have ultimate sets, and in need of good partners... then Shura is a 100% free PVE God (IF YOU CAN EQUIP HIM)
imo, Hakku & Aizen are sadly completely outdated PVP partners and WIchi may take years to get, even if you're in top 3 of your realm.

If you will listen to my recommendation,go for the 120 Equip set first get 5 of those atleast 2 unless you are high enough VIP or willing to top up for other ultimate sets and then focus on accessories or chars.
All chars thier are good but i seeing that you have partners that can hold you will off till you eventually do get them(years later perhaps) or never needing them so if you do want chars or when you get chars its something like this worst to best imo:Kyoka Aizen<Hakuten(PVP)( a little better than yama imo so can skip him unless you wanna go 1-3-1 or 3-2 formation)-Shura kenpachi(A PVE god but is spirit blade so you may need separate weapon for him)<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<White Ichigo(A great all rounder get him if you get the opportunity but Equip set is slightly more worth it then him so save their for atleast 2-3 sets <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Muken Aizen(nogh said)

H.byakuya is really good if you play with senbo and 1-3-1 formation (kido main)
