get her at least for Legend Gallery (need to have Sado as well)
Remember, purple partners are ez to get - even for F2P -, so nothing can go wrong and you still can dismiss if you don't like them.

when you have lots of Dodge Stones to equip her, then she can be decisive in early PVP fights (until you're facing hi hit rate or T1 opponents).

generally speaking, Dodge is a pure PVP attribute, while Block is almost essential for both PVE & PVP.
