Questions on Special War Partners

Hey guys,

So I have a couple of questions regarding the new partners.

1. Toshiro's skill - what does disarm do? Is it like stun or Isshin's void or something else?

2. I am just a vip4, so kenny and aizen are out of reach. Except them two, I find Toshiro and Pantera interesting. What are your opinions for vip4 and lower users.

He prevents enemy assaulters from using normal attacks, they still can use their skill tho. And every partner has battle previev option, check it

"Act normal" Says the guy who actually doesnt have the least bit common sense... Thinking your opponent would be able to just uses skill after skill because of dissarm... I mean how stupid can you be?
Facepalm 3000 wouldnt even be an appropiate action to that statement.
Sometimes I wonder how some people can actually afford to top up for the game, which you actually stopped because of the mod timer for event chars. With just absolutely zero common sense, I really wonder that you are able to earn enough money to spend some of it for the game. Props for that. Pretty nice accomplishment, for someone who just dont seem to have a brain that is capable of comprehending the simplest things and think those simple things through.

maybe but that is only an guess also can be unable to recover fury

So lets say, Toshiro casts disarm on the enemy assaulters and reduces 10 fury, so only the ones with 110 fury or more will be able to use skill and after that kind of stunned as they won't be moving at all. Did I understand it right? Isn't that then almost the same as Isshin's void? difference being that even assaulters with 110+ fury won't be able to move anymore. I hope I got that right. :p

How is that helping the enemy? Its not like it enables your enemy to always use his skill even if he doesnt have fury. What the heck are you thinking?

If you have 100 fury when you get the dissarm debuff, you will still be able to use your skill next round. After that, no more normal attacks, as long as dissarm lasts. (and of course, you wont be using a skill either, since you dont have any fury left, what the heck are you thinking?)
