Beauty Games Consecutive Sign In

Ok, so for some reason I'm stuck at 10 Beauty Games after starting from 0 from last Bankai Power. I activated Shini Agent first day of last BP and used all my BG's. It's been 15 days since then and I always log in every day, so I should be having 25 bonus BG's, but I've been stuck at 10 BG's for the past week. No I have not used them since I always stack my BG's. I was at 150 bonus BG's before I used them all. I've had this happen before on past accounts that were VIP 0 so I never cared to research it, but does anyone know why this is happening? If there is a simple fix to this, pliss tell me

If you use your daily BG's this shouldn't be a problem.

with shini welfare, I do all i can every day, i don't lose any and since I stack vit, i don't waste any either...  that's my story anyway

I also have this problem. It will get stuck randomly.
