Looking for tips

Hello.
I'm lookin'  for some advice,cause i'm out of ideas,on which areas i should focus in order to improve my team.
In the image there is shown as much as i could show(making it as clear to show as possible),but if someone needs more info,i'll make updates to make sure that there is full spectrum of informations needed.

yeah if brinji did not show up this coming ubp probably i force him to get in ultra hero .with koga ,or maybe  i top up for 40k gold for shin toshi and get bankai kenny in point shop,
