as the title sais ..  my team in 1-2 days will be with hasch then ... h.koma  b.toshi b.yama . hasch
should I realy go for sexy kukaku since I have RJ ... thought the best tank should do the trick ?
or should I keep h. komamura ?

Keep Human Komamura is great with Ryujin, so need to swap him out ^^

I would only obtain Kukaku in your position under 1 condition: If you met competition, that you need pure/ultimate defence as the only way to beat them

Kukaku doesn't offer anything more than that raw defence; the is fully PVP and she's designed for such fights that ensure victory for you, so only get her if you face problems in PVP, but as others said, no point spending for her in general as you already have Human Komamura ^^

I mean thats why i asked since I also have toshi so then haschwalt on tuesday and I guess I am done spending the rest on stones or something xD
