Dis. You wont even need to stack Ultima to make him useful (as long as he's fast enough to skill). I personnally dont really like Kirinji, as he's unreliable. Hits only 2 enemies, has a CHANCE to burn.. Tbh, I think Kirinji's good enough only for low vips or to start with on a new server until you get better.
