So anyone wants to recruit her? Lets discuss here.

Hiring requirements:
Lead/VIP level - 75/0
Hiring Coupons/Materials - 300/1000

Least time to get nel, VIP7+ will receive 400+400 hueco mundo tokens ie around 20 nel tokens per day. Day 1 had an additional reset option so 30 tokens on day 1.
so 300-30=270. 270/20=13.5, so around 15days to get Nel

Want to get Nel too, someone can tell me at what lvl she is want you recruit her (1,65 or 75) and when you upgrade her ?
Also i wonder which one to get first between her and grimjow (since i want both) ?
My actual team is KidoMain (lvl93), Zaraki, Hirako, Yoruichi & Unohana/Rukia (for ES).

LMP, at the rate i am, i will get both in 40 day

Third skill is a gamble anyway. It is far from garunteed, and if he is rocking a tank zan like Hyorinmaru, then he has a fairly high innate avoid CC rate of 25%.

Ulqiorra's burn is chosen before damage is dealt. So half the time you end up killing the targets you put the dot on. Still quite good though, one of the better pvp damage dealers.
