I never played Noza, and I normally beat those I meet (unless they're just way stronger than me), so I'm not really used to those kinds of ''Whose vang lasts longer''.

I've had other fights that came down to vg vs vg and as long as I had more h ...

I didnt watch until last round cause I knew he'd just keep on fossilizing her. If he didnt die, you just had less %hp at Round 0.

if it is hueco mundo attack, then it's normal, if you don't kill your opponent in 20 rounds then you lose automatically, if it isn't hueco then it was just a bug (things like this happen from time to time)

I've had other fights that came down to vg vs vg and as long as I had more health when the rounds ran out, I would win. Why is this time any different?

B.Renji killed your supports with death mod, Hiki killed your assaulters, and your Noza died due to fossilizing Kukaku. Quite simple.
