RJ's mutilate and burn seem to hit right before a foe attacks, so if your Bazz B is slower than all of your foes, then yes, it should work similar to your thoughts, but not 42% of total HP damage, mutilate is of total HP damage, but burn is based on the attack strength... but you are missing the true glory of RJ... and that is his +150% defense buff which is total shit to fight against for real, especially with that mutilate and burn whittling away at your life
