its a shame you can't choose the weapon, I want to use the set on another class.

It's a blue set you get at level rewards. Click the Level Up rewards icon. It's under the Receive Gift Pack button, top, second row.

The Chinese version looks so much better though, look like another ultimate set in China with purple animations.
