Can't battle (battle loading screen gets stuck)

Hello, i have a problem, when ever i go to the "blue stream gate" and click on someone to fight, the loading screen of the fight get stuck on 78% and doesn't move at all.
Can somebody tell what is wrong. Becuase up until "Boss: Gikongnan" everything was fine and after that i could not fight anymore.
So, if someone would help me to understand what is my problem i would be very happy, because this game is very fun and i want to continue playing it.
(and sorry for my bad English).
