u got gems to inventory of your gem stuff and  1 ice token that actually used gives u chance to activate the title (red named item) and u activate the title in title activation  for 30 days

it is the only screnn i have to explain my problem with support!!
i already told them but nothing..
the chests have been opened ...
when you play you haven't to take screen each time ...and i supposed it wasn't necessary to do it for this event ...
i spend gold and real money to get the first place so support could check BP event history ...

for the actual BP event i'm first again and i take a screen if a bug appear again...

Yeah sure why not... What do you want as "great compensation" for been not careful enough (to avoid saying anyother thing) to activated by your self?

Why don't we request for a rollback? So you can get it.

Why does it also not actually show the ranking page?  I'm going to take a wild guess and say you weren't the top ranked in said event.
