there are few methods how u can gain more str on ur main char:

1. spirit stones
2. reiatsu lvl
3. hogu
4. your rank
5. refined gear
6. accesories and forged accesories

just click upgrade on the top left corner under your character picture and side your Total battle power. There it tells you how to become more powerful, make more money, and how to get more exp
