1: Isshin ( Stupid things happen )
2: Ultima Aizen ( Stupid things happen )
3: Shinigami Yoryuchi ( ^ )
4: Arrancar Gin ( He is basically OP Obito from UN, but with a stun chance. Rediculously strong )
5: SWP Ulqiorra ( Surprised no one talks about him, hes pretty much on par with Yammamoto )
6: Yammamoto ( The non-dot debuffs don't matter all that much )
7: DIchigo ( Overrated, but still amazing )
8: WIchigo ( Just a hard hitter )
9: Shinigami Urahara ( Very under rated )
10:  CSB Aizen ( Pretty much a mix of everything you want in a supporter )


I don't think people realize how strong some of these characters are, or overrate other ones because of numbers. DIchigo is strong as all get out, but hes a vanguard. 200% on a VG is like 140% on a assaulter or supporter. It isn't because of -% Damage, its because of the fact that no zanpakuto gives +Damage% to a VG, unlikely A or S. VG Rangiku is basically the opposite of DIchigo for support based teams. In fact, shes better then him for that.

My top 3 all have the ability to just win the fight. Isshin procs are so good, and they only get better with time. UAizen debuffs are nasty. Shini Yoryuchi can just win a fight. A lot of people love her, but I don't think she gets enough love personally.

i think he meant in totality in the case of needing a vg, which is true, i got stark for his healing ability only which removes the need of a healer in the formation.

If ur saying that u need a healer in ES or u should use a healer in ES no one here will agree with u.....And in this game the PVP rewards suck so PVE is the main thing

Even still, it gives a 25% buff on use. Meanwhile, your assaulters get 21% passive + 25% buff.

See where I am going yet? Even in the best of circumstances, the % growth and % speed of a VG is always going to be lower then a A/S. Nozarashi is the best PvE vanguard. That doesn't mean much, especially when in most situations ( ES, Pre 54 Ryoka, etc ) you don't need a VG, and the times that you do need a VG, you most certainly want a heal attached to his ability.

Nozarashi kenpachi is WAAAAAY better than vasto lorde ichigo for pve but vasto lorde is better than nozarashi kenpachi in pvp
and senbonzakura gives attack buff to vanguard so u can't say that vasto lorde is way better then nozarashi......
and no rangiku is no way near nozarashi or vasto lorde...

I know a lot of people want something new in the next UBP but I wouldn't mind getting Isshin again so I can actually obtain him this time xD.

since every one was saving vit to get a free partner i can see why they did nerf him

then two quick UBPs that are less than 4 weeks apart was killer on some people

especially 2 good ones ~~ i still prefer isshin for free

zangertsu is A LOT cheaper to buy

CSB Kenpachi is just a pve damage dealer of the same variety that we already have 50 of. Sure, he is the best of them, but hes not all that special. At the end of the day this is mostly a PvP game.

Nozarashi Kenpachi is a trap. He is better as a defensive vanguard do to the innate stun %, then offensive. Like DIchigo, having a 350% growth ability on a vangaurd is like having a 275% ability on a Assaulter or Supporter. He does have a place in the game, but that doesn't make him top 10 material. DIchigo barely made the list and pretty sure we can all agree he is better then Nazarashi, and I would probably put VG Rangiku above NKenpachi as well.

500% from skill, 100% from two auto attacks during invulnerability. No other factors at all.
