Too late for Harribel or nah?

Level 89 close to level 90
1-2-2 Formation (Sajin, Main, Ikakku, Momo, Shihon ) bout to convert to a 1-1-3 formation.
Been heavily considering going back to get Harribel since I do have enough souls to get her and enough books to get her up to level. Note I already have enough souls to get Unahona and Kenpachi when I hit 90. If I don't get her I have enough souls to get Unahona, Kenpachi, and lastly Gin at level 100. If I do get her I will have to farm for souls for Gin because I'm getting him regardless.

Spirit Attack - Main, Normal Renji, Ikkaku, Urahara, Rukia
Ryoka Attack - Sajin, Main, Ikkaku, Urahara, Rukia

IMO if you will go for gin regardless, you don't need to recruit harribel, better spend those reishi ...
