Hi, I have reached a problem with my prestige rank.
Anytime I upgrade my rank to 5th Division Captain, on the next day I´m back to 5th Division Lieutenant.
Does anyone has the same problem as me? What´s the best solution for this problem if there is of course......

Its the points of your arena, it happens to me a lot of times but you need to keep going to keep to be the captain and if it happens again try again <:
