EU Laggy servers

i really hope im not the only one experincing this really bad lag,  i have tried different browsers, i check my system task managment, i  notice flash hogging alot of memory but nothing to worry about i have decent laptop. i did my internet speed test all is fine.

sometimes the games plays normal for 5mins then goes back to lagging its annoying and BS especialy when doing beaty games and konso even the SwP event, ryoka is bad also, ES i can live with i have to wait 50 secs anyways lol.
if i miss anything to check please let me know any help that resolve the lag is greatly appriciated and i give cookies if it helps
