Other players told me that they dont play bg every day. They leave it for few days then play all at once (or save it for when they need it). If I dont play my today, tomorow I only got new 5. No old ones. I am VIP2. Do I need bigger VIP level? Or am I doing something wrong?

every day you get 5 chances, these 5 chances do not stack ie they don't get carried over to the next day. But on every 3rd day you get an additional 5 chance which is mentioned as "sign in 3 times continously to add:", and that can be stacked.  So if you don't use it, then in the next 3 days as you will get another 5 chances, your total would be 6 for the sign in 3 times chances. ppl stack those and use it later for prestige/soul/vitality
