Hōgyoku is Gone?

I noticed that the Hogyoku is gone, but the effects are still active on the Char. I was wondering if they plan to bring it back or not. If they don't take the effects away then it will be unfair to new members on servers cause of the pother players who had access to it before it was deleted.

I saw as well 69 almost 70. Good to have it back, now to try and get an ultimate hogyoku

Problem is gone!) But i'm already not 70 lvl - only 68 =) So it was little bug at all)

Just checked my level 80 profile on a different server and its there. They must have moved it's activation to level 70.

Maybe a bug. Or they moved the level requirement for it to 70. I'll see once I get there. Thats always the prob with starting a new character you loss all your progress.
