Not sure how it works, but you are able to buy Event partner fragments 5x per day of select event partners, unfortunately Isshin isn't one of them!!

But it's a good idea if you plan to buy one of the listed heroes in the future, the fragments should still be saved!!

and why is always the same partner? why don't they change double fragment partners every 3 days or 5 days or something?
