just email support screenshots of ubp that you claimed, show backpack you got ryuken.
Complain that you spent the vit for Hiki, not ryuken and demand them to give you Hiki in ingame-mail.

yeh same here, just logged my eu alt to check with my own eyes , guess it was a different type of trollin, gogames trollin style , check my reply to kinikas, tho its very theoretical so dont put much faith in it untill rythen gives an  "official statement"
