After 1 week of upgrading , i got this equip for him 4 pieces of aquaria set + 2 pieces of firelord set , once i get more 300 Asauchi , i will change 2 pieces of aquaria set to firelord for more stats and more 900 strenght / wisdom bonus, his mods are + 8% Hp and + 8% Dodge Rate. There he is, i refined all equip to give Strenght , Agility and Block Rate % (Many,many,many silver) . And All equips Have level 6 of Infused Spirit. Mod Soul Kenpachi Lv 54 , Assistant Mod Minazuki Lv 50. Hogyoku = Golden HP Lv 7, Purple Phy ATK Lv 6, Phy DEF Lv 6, Blue Speed Lv 7. Zanpakutou - Kazeshini - Phy ATK Lv 30, Kidõ ATK Lv 30, Speed Lv 36. Evolution Lv 2. Red Upgraded. Hogu = Kuchiki Seal = Strenght (Tier 7) +1, Kuchiki Crest = Wisdom (Tier 7) +0, Kuchiki Wing = Agility (Tier 7) +2, Hollow God = Stamina (Tier 11) +2. Exclusiv Skill Lv 12. Hollow Map = #4 - 4 Stars. #3 - 3 Stars. #2 - 2 Stars.

*My soul Cultivation is in 3300/10000 so will take a time to i get Cute Orihime.

*I am only LV 93, so i can't get Uryuu for now, neither do Void Legion

*Yes , about zanpakutou, kazeshini isn't doing any favor to him, but of all zanpakutous i have he is the only that gives Damage Rate and speed to my Assaulters and supoports, i am aiming to get Senbonzakura, once i get another Top up card and bankai power comes again

*My team is Kisuke, Kenpachi, Ikkaku, Main (Kidõ) and Nnoitra, and  i am Upgrading they all, i want make this my final Team (i am more focused on PVE and nnoitra aid rate protects my 3 assaulters in PVP)

*I am Lacking Gold Reishi (220 for now) to get byakuya , because i used i used it all to advance modify on nnoitra #2 and #3 star

*and i take about 3-4 months just to activate exclusiv skill, i created this accoun just 4 months ago

ok so a simple thing.
1:Completely drop dodge if you want a Block based vanguard and try to get SS arrangement HP,Str,Wis,Counter,Block,Bdef,Hit and if you manage to get some spare slots Crit is nice and agility i f you really wanna dump everything in van.
2:if you actually intend to stack Noitora(Cause he is worthless in PVE and for PVP these days you gotta stack atleast one partner to win and i suspect you chose noitora) use tengen at the very least Kazeshini isnt doing it any favors and will hold it back if anything and aim for senbon idealy.

3: Do not upgrade the gear untill you maxxed everything on it.

4:Get T1 on him when he is actually stacked and prefer pure T1. for now try getting a T1 on an assaulter that can do damage in PVE and or nuke the enemy team in PVP cause around lvl 100+ range T1 Strats start popping up and becoming popular and if a yama or something stacked hits you with it your team will liely be dead b4 Noitora even moves with his T1 skill.

5:if you do want T1 on him i have a very good strat for you.
Kisuke,C orihime,Ikkaku madarame and noitora in your PVP formation and in PVE swap with Zaraki for noitoraa how this works make kisuke faster than C ori and get her T1 have her move second and T1 Ikkaku on whom if you choose to get Ex skill is a very high damage nuker for f2p and you get the block and damage rate buff for noitora.

6:Unless you really like Kenpachi and want him on your team no mater what i will recomend you go for Shin isshin from Karakura festival and get him for 2 weeks via candy or go for quincy Uryu at tavern cause Kenny though not bad in PVE and ideal for your bond but he isnt as effective as you may think he is and if you desperately want an f2p Kenny with effective usage well there is the CSB but i would recomedn against that normally.

7:Getting Byak can be usefull if you want to aim for his exclsuive but if you have no intention to do that its fine maily because of the buff in void death mods for f2ps are near useless so you Can stick with ikkaku.

I'm no expert, and I'm too lazy to read the previous pages so you don't need to listen to me.  I'd just consider dropping the dodge once you have some extra counter and break def stones.  

Dodge is pretty easy to get around in pvp even in early stages...unless some debuff comes around that reduces hit to zero, and you'll have to constantly remove them from your set for ES and Ryoka otherwise you risk missing out on potential blocks = less damage = less silver/exp

Also, I feel you're better off sticking with 4*firelord + 2*aquaria until you have max infuse (I'm assuming you have protection stone thanks to bankai power) and sockets on them.  The resource cost may not be that much of a jump, but you might as well minimize the costs as much as possible as f2p.  Plus I don't think an extra 4% dmg+immunity with your stats is going to make much of a difference.

TL;DR: Drop dodge for counter+break def for now, don't upgrade past firelord until you have max infuse+sockets to minimize costs.  I'm not that experienced so just some things to consider

Here , My Zanp. is Kazeshini, 37 Phy Atk 36 Kidõ Atk, 40 Speed. Exclusiv LV 13. I am with 700 Asauchi, just 4 days more to i upgrade his set, (all his equip have 1 spirit stone hole unlocked except headband that i will unlock tomorrow)

I'm not sure about the proportion but the aid rate will stay on other partners even though nnoitora died.

in Truly, aid rate (Nnoitra is 85%) so reduces 85% damage taken and the rest (15%) is spread between 2 partners (The assaulters and vanguard in this case) This always save me while i am fighting people with Yamamoto, Kirinji, And other partners  that attack assaulters. And with 10 Primary fury stone i got in SC, i Let nnoitra with 5 to start with 75 Fury and  kisuke charges 25 so in First round he start giving aid rate, but one thing i noticed is, lets say nnoitra uses his skills , gives aid rate and die next round, the aid rate stays, i am not sure why, but is good all around.

well maybe I don't understand aid rate enough...  from what I've seen it casts your regular attack  ...

In my opinion, aid rate would be like:

1. Partner A triggers aid for Partner B(to protect Partner B), Partner A will receive maybe 90% of damage, and Partner B will receive 10% damage.
