It is easy. You just upgrade partner that you want using red reishi. You upgrade him 2 times, first upgrade costs 200 red reishi and second one is 500 red reishi. After second upgrade you will have red tavren partner. When you go in tavren check card of partner you want to upgrade, you will see advance option, with it you upgrade partner.
