can someone explain why Bankayama is not attacking? !!!

He has 540k speed while Benny has only 150k. And benny is attacking while Bankayama is watching.. What the fuck is going on?

The BR doesn't work for me. The only thing that will normally cause a skipped turn is being frozen without being hit again before your turn.
