Top up problem

I've topped up for 500$ and i didnt get my gold yet and the cash has been taked from my card.

ive posted on bugs report 20mins ago and there was no answer or helpful comments.

if thats possible i want my money back i dont want the gold anymore. thanks.

If you have not yet noticed Gogames is quite greedy. You may have to go as far as suing them to get your money back and if you do email them it will be awhile before you get an answer because gogames is not very efficient.

wow thats so sad tbh. ive had no problems topping up so far but geez if this how they are handling bugs....

rather not top up till its fixed.... have you called your card company? they should help you out faster then gogames

yeah, since gogames support is always like that, it makes me too lazy to report any bugs,

i sent my e-mail months ago about other bugs and still havent been solved

the probability of getting reply from them is just like winning a lottery
