Zanpakuto basis on first Hit

Hi guys! is there any basis on how Zanpakutos hit first? Almost everyone in rank 1 to 10 in our server has Kazeshini, and ofcourse who gets the first hit (additional damage and lessen damage of opponent) most likely decides the winner.

Easy, invest in agility/speed. It's a fact that a char which has more speed has an advantage. If any of your players go first, your zanpakuto also goes first

that mean if u or one of your partner have higher speed from both teams, ur zanpakuto atack first.

If one of your characters go first, then your zanpakuto will also attack first.
