I am disputing the the transaction. The payment was said it was declined on the website but was charged to my account. The gold never showed up attached to my account so if i could contact the company and get the gold then it would be great but the contact us button is not working.

yeah ammo pay has been having some issues read this thread that the Admin post  http://forums.gogames.me/thread-1013-1-1.html it says that you will get your money back if the payment was blocked

So what is the safe way to add gold that actually works.

well for now amopay is the only way if you are using credit card.  Im sure the problem will be fixed

Now i am not sure what to do I have my bank disputing the charges due to that it said it was declined and i still was charged. I am not sure i want to stop that on the possibility that i will not get my money back in a month and then it will be to late to dispute the charge. I just with the costumer service was better for this game.
