so under freeze enemies will still be able to hit you normal?

while this could help me (at least) in ES (already nerfing my damage to 30%, so no help)...  I one shot Ryoka much later than my server ever gets to, and voids can still one shot me with normal attacks I believe (no def buffs on team, which I'm guessing is the only way to tank them, lol)...  any reason you see to pick up this guy in my case?

so under freeze enemies will still be able to hit you normal?

They don't, if Handsome freeze the target and someone else attacks it, the ice block stays but it is virtually broken, thus making the target moves with the ice block on.
