If you have Torrent, try Horrible Subs, they have tons of anime.

it is a streaming website though, however i download from it using  

1. download helper for mozilla  (been a while)

or

2. maxthon browser wich has an auto video extraction and an adbloker integrated most of the time (the last releases of maxthon the adblok is kinda lame though)

i again recommand as a good anime cowboy bepop

off topic of an off topic anyone did notice the new release formula of some old animes; ofc DB kai, but now we see the mask ; baki and captain tsubasa all 2018 version
