I find this the best rotation for a small-mid vip to top-up. Topping up each day 200 gold gives you 700 instead (with the 150% rebate plus reio's guardian chest thingy) plus a chance to win quite good gold amounts on Shinigami Fund. And you still have the pyramid chances and the october carnival chests. I'd suggest a daily 200gold top-up for the next 5 days for best gold outcome. I'm bored to do exact maths (and since shinigami fund gift is random rewards) but it should be 4.000 gold or so for a 1200 gold top-up.

I updated some info about topping up rewards, looks like top up cards are back!

I just hope x-mas carnival won't be to expensive. I think last year we were able to get a kokuto for 15k gold. This year in October carnival HVI went
went up in price, last year 30k pts, this year 40k. Bazz B went down 10k pts, last year 30k and this year 20k. Last year the top tier partners
were only 30k pts. Now they are 60k pts, ichimonj 80k. If x-mas is more expensive I won't be able to get a partner. The only positive I see
in this event is that if you have the gold to spend  you get some back.

What are top up cards btw?

top up cards are a way that allows you to top up without using money, but they will not raise your vip lvl. They are a good way to join bankai power
and not use money.

You have to realized that the amount of rebate is also increased, so it's only reasonable. In ratio, it's not that much different. btw, Kokuto wasnt 15k I believe... It's way more. You think it's 15k cuz you spend to get him and gain points to get another partner. If you look at it this way, it's like 20k for Riruka and 20k for Askin?
