No way to contact or have issues fixed

Ok i have had issues in the game purchasing items of events and not receiving what i purchased or they give something of the complete opposite. Now this problem wouldn't be such an issues except the fact that no matter what you do you cant get nothing corrected. I have made postings on the forums contacted support through PM's with absolutely no luck not even so much as were sorry for the screw up. I have been through the forums all over and by the looks of this im not the only one to have problems getting responses. So basically im starting this tread to simply let gogames know how many players have tried to contact with issues the go with no response or are simply ignored. So if you are one of these players please just type Victim and let let gogames know were there biggest problem is and that is SUPPORT.
