I really tried to make some calculations on this event based on what I saw on youtube and here are my taughts.
If u do event daily for 2000 gold spent you get 4000 points with the 2 free convey chances.
Doing this 10 days in a row means you have 40.000 points with 20k gold. Also equalising 20 lvl 10 spirit stones, 10.000 excl frags and about 400 red hogyoku.
That's enough for a HVI. 20k gold top-up in Christmas at 150% rebate means 200$ for 40k partner. that's a standing point, however as prices stayed in the last events, partners like Kugo/Ichi will cost 60.000 points.
And here starts my questions. Doing event normally without free chances means that you have to spend 1000 for one click red, 3000 for start convey and at the final of the sledge you get another 1000 points, equalising 5000 points for 4000 gold.
Doing event daily, and another 16k gold means you have to spend 36k gold for kugo/ichimonji.
But that's just one partner, let's say you want Sternritter and Kugo. They cost 110.000 points. Doing event daily, 40k points with 20k gold. U have to get another 70k points, at the 4000gold/5000 points rate that means another 56.000 gold spent.
So, if you top-up at Christmas that's like 30.000 gold top. so 600 dollars for Kugo and Stern.
There are 2 days remaining of the bargain sale, how much can you get from top-up at Christmas in points?
How much should we expect things to change? reading post on forums from 2 years ago and then 15k gold meant a 40k partners. Last year was 20k for a 40k partner.

i dont know about gogames servers, but on our server it gives 1500 points for the red sled, that means 5500 points for 1k gold

I hope your predictions are off, it wouldn't be much of a Christmas event. We are waiting all
year for a decent price partner, for them to be super expensive.

that's what I'm thinking too, but I guess if u get 2 partners or so, the event itself pays better than October Carnival let's say..
