Wtf is going on ?? Why such a big difference in BP ? How he supose to be there (400k bp vs 2.3m bp) ?

It depends on the high tier Players, as well as when you register.
IF you do not register on the first day of csb, you will then start at the bottom with 0 points regardless of your BP.
Players can choose to register weak formations so that weaker players can clear.
