Best pvp team lvl 50+

Hi everyone~
I have started playing this game for a week more or less and I managed to get lvl 50 now.

My actual team is a 1-3-1:
- Nemu Kurotsuchi
- Rangiku Matsumoto, my Main Kido, Ichigo Kurosaki
- Yasutora Sado
All of them, a part Nemu, are kinda well equipped.

My other partners are:
Nanao Ise, Yumichika Ayasegawa, Marechiyo Omaeda, Ganju Shiba, Iziru Kira.

My Zanpakuto:
- Tobiume (equipped and I cultivated it a bit, it has 627 exp)
- Gegetsuburi
- Ruri'iroKujaku
- Wabisuke

I was wondering who should I get from the tavern, I have 253 purple points.

I am looking to make a good PVP team, what should I aim/get now?
Are there any other partners I could work on to get a part from the ones I can get from the Tavern?
Do you think I would better dismiss someone to get some more points? How many points would I get back and how would I know that (I am too scared to click the dismiss button xD)?

If you could help me with these questions it would be great, also explaining why and if they are good only for like 10 levels or they do last pretty well till high levels.

Get orihime and momo hinamori . they will both help in arena pvp and hueco mondo pvp . for arena use full speed mono , and for hueco mundo full speed orihime . Renji is nice too and u can use him even until level 80 , but it depends on your strategy . Same goes for momo too . I hope it was helpfull
