I would like to undestand how we could have the 10 th skill at lv 69 please, cause i was killed in hueco Mondo battle by a player with 202k power only.

The 10th skill is unlocked when you achieve the necessary soul points
Soul points are attained through 1st battle of new instances, ryoka, evil spirit, and generally, Linluo of beauty games.

Of course yes, but i don't undestand how a player could reach all the souls amount necessary for unlock the 10th skill at lv 69 ONLY...
We must be 10 player who do all the even so exp souls and reward are perfect, and no one reach the 10th max is the 8 atm.
