Okay, so I'm wondering why most people think it is best for you to have Rukia and Kisuke in pve.

Even if you have both, and they both get crits, assaulters will still have to attack at least once.

The only exception to this is Ikakku (and others who increase their own fury), who MAY be able to skill every round.

Is this fact alone worth getting Urahara? Or is there something I'm not getting? Personally I think Ukitake is a much better choice.

And what about 10 minutes of ryokias, will uruhara still be good, not shini uruhara, I mean tavern uruhara that gives fury because at 10 minutes in ryoka they get tough and I need to put my vanguard back hence I have to take out either rukia or kisuke so for this purpose is kisuke worth getting for 10 minutes of ryokas? ES is out of the question because all spirits are beaten in 10 minutes so I just skip it and retrieve resources the next day

D rukia or C ori is the better choice IMO,  save the T1 argument,  they both hit harder, have better stats, and most of the better supports regen most/all their fury every round.  and who really needs the vang to skill more often?  oh, and tavern Kieske is slow slow slow...  then again, I'm more of a control support guy myself...   shini kieske trumps all!!  besides, to get to the point where you really benefit from the kieske fury thing...  you could have T1ed the one you want to fury first anyway...  so yeah...  unless your going to do the whole team,  he's wasted

You are right. I doesn't have any effect only your assulters have 150 fury (i dont how much this increases the attack btw i will be good if i know). if you have both kisuke, rukia and for assulters ikkaku and S.Yoruichi then ikkaku will hit every time.
