I did not receive coupons from black market

I had 10 coupons from hueco mondo and wanted to buy 2 from black market but did not receive anything. This is going a bit overstreer now, first i did not receive 7 day ichigo, then hueco mondo did not work from time to time and now i dont get what i payd for. I demand that  you return either what i've payd for or my money back.
