Can i save more than 300 vitality for ubp?

What will happen if i keep geting more than 300 vit? I will have them the next day? When the time the game that give you auto some vitality they gonna keep coming? I wanna know because i want to get a character or a zanpakuto from upb or from other events.

You can save more vit than your vit bar, if your vit is more important than the max vit you can stock in your bar you will just don't recover vit over time but others ways to get some (restaurant, beauty, girlfriend and gold/coupons) will still increase your vit
