Max Possible Dodge & Block VG --> Hallow Ichigo Tier 3/4 + ???

Was thinking about this with a guildmate, and wanted to know what the highest possible dodge and block rates were:

Dodge
Certain Partners have modifications that can break 90% limit
ie:
Hallow Ichigo Tier 4 mod +12% dodge, can break 90% limit

So assume 100 + 12% Tier 4 mod = 112% base +
(2~2.4% * 6 from equipment refines) = 14.4 + 112 = 126.4%  (equip refines go higher, im basing it off Level 100 Ult)
(6 * Level 12 Stone) = 126.4% + (6 * lvl 12s)

Assume you use Gamuza Nel
Skill = +15% dodge, -65% enemy dodge

So Grand Total:  126.4% + (6 * lvl 12's) + 15% + 65% = 206.4 + (6* Level 12's)
Over 300???


Block
Nozarashi Kenpachi + 15% Tier 2 mod, can break 90% limit
base = 115%
2~2.4% * 6 equipment refines = 129.4% (equip refines go higher, im basing it off Level 100 Ult)
6 * Level 12 stone = 129.4% + (6 * Lvl 12's)

Grand Total = 129.4% + (6 * Level 12's)

should of posted this in strategy lol yes as we was discussing earlier this can be really scary combo kenpachi not thought about him too much since he is really long way away but some good info there

u cant get past 90% unless the mod allows you. so for instance if u have 90% u cant use refine gear to surpass that. it will remain 90

You can get hit rate from refine, but cant get break defence(hence dodge is weaker) . Also i am not sure when the hit rate debuff is applied, i dont think you can just count it as dodge, witouth testing when it is applied.

The only partners I have mentioned are the ones that are able to surpass the 90% limit <_<

yes but where do u get 100%+12% + refine of an avg of 2.4% from? it will only add 90%+12%, wont go past that unless you are in battle with buffs/debuffs or whatever

atm let's assume orihime so +30% block xD

the mod only allows you to surpass 90% up to 102% for hollow ichigo

you can't go any higher than that but skills can exceed cap so combine Nel upgraded with Assaulter ulq from comrade contracts and there you have a dodge tank

At least hollowed ichigo with mod is capped at 102% block.
