I'm level 62. And my 4th skill is at level 8. I also have access to the 8th skill, but it doesn't seem as useful to me yet. It feels like if I can't stun my opponent and avoid getting stunned myself, I lose my PVP fights. Should I just keep leveling up my 4th skill until I can get a better one? Or should I start leveling up my 8th skill instead?
