Reiatsu coupon Bug

I still havent heard back from my earlier Inquiry but this is about something different,

For a while now i have been noticing my coupons disappearing, and today i think i found out 1 of the reasons they are disappearing, but im still confused on how all my other Coupons disappeared

So every day for the past 2 weeks i would notice that my coupons would have a significant number missing, and couldnt figure out how it was happening,

but now i saw something in visords revenge, that showed how many coupons i used in the past couple days. it was 252 but i only remember about 40 of that and thats not mentioning all the times before the event started so no telling how many time that this has happend to me.
(it is now over around 1000)

i know one part of how its disappearing is with Reiatsu, sometimes it just takes the coupons instead of the Reiatsu Pills, but for the amount of coupons i have lost, it is most like close to 800 - 1000 because i saved my Reiastu Pills untill i had like 250, and then started using them, and since its not always taking the pills i coulnt tell u how many of my coupons have disappeared

also ive lost coupons, i always notice it after i come back after being afk for awhile,  i have also went to do instances, and then when i come back about 40 - 100 coupons are missing after i do both chances of my lvl 70 auto battle instances

and im not the only person in my server this has happened to because i was talking about it and other people told me this has happened to them

there is also another way i could have lost them i just havent figured it out yet, when i do ill be sure to report it also,

if there is any way u can try to rectify this problem i would greatly appreciate it,

i lost 50000 coupons and another 300000 today.
