You know what the Konso is? You have people on your friends list (side arrow at the bottom right)? Go to their homes and attack their Konsos.

what happen if we attack friend's konso? is it like robbing at the soul hunt or what? or do we decrease his/her daily konso chances?

Nah just gives you extra Konso chances. More bikinis, etc
