Bp Drop and Arena Hp 2x hp

As u all know our server us10-13 was down for 3 days and now after it came on...it was down again for a while and after that everyone is experiencing a bp drop( mine got dropped by 24k)  and in the arena the 2x hp patch also isnt working...plzzz do something abt it...our server was down and we missed the events already and now this.....

yea, theres another thread on it. right above yours. It is affecting all merged servers. Lowered mod stats, and as you know the arena buff.

Arena is freaking bad right now , without hp bonus ... AOE attack OS most of time --

From the desciption in the arena looks like its affected by lvl now. So it seems the higher lvl you are the more hp boost you will get. Kinda stupid imo
