Captain Kurotsuchi. Partner Suggestion (Again)

This time my music producer came to me with a slew of ideas for another partner, and INSISTED I put this thread together. After some brainstorming and working not to make him so damn OP as he was origionally.           Level 120 Tavern Red Reshi:

Postion: Support
Skill: "Claw Out" Hit all eneimes twice; poison for 3 turns & makes party immune to Fury deduction for 2 turns. Growth Rate is 150%


Stats:               Strength:  3.0
                        Agility:     3.1
                        HP:          3.7
                        Wisdom:   3.5
Modify:  
Tier 1: Increase Speed by 8%
Tier 2: Increase Immune rate by 10%
Tier 3: Increase ATK by 12%
Tier 4: Increase combo rate by 10%
Tier 5: Starts Battle with 10 Fury

Now that somenthing more or less realistic.. Only thig i would change is tier 4 modify to immune to breaking damage, that would be more logical for this character. Also, what do you mean by hit all enemy twice? If 140+140 no thanks, if 140% total then he might be fun to add.

Okay I've dum down the growth rate of the attack, and changed a bit.

@Xichan- Bankai Soi Fon was a Event partner idea. This one is a tavern partner for Red Reshi. A bit stronger then Aizen. Also the Hit twice is same damage rate. Like Ikkau hits three times. He only hits twice.

The Skill is unique and will give Fury deducters a challenge. Any suggestions would help to make it better. Who knows maybe GoGreed will notice it and put it the game once (if ever) they begin work on the Red Reshi in tavern.

well i have something i think is going wrong .... how the heck is kurotsuchi supposed to be stronger than ichigo and aizen...? lol i mean all disposition of partner is wrong you see jushiro and kyoraku are lvl 80 ones !! and tosen is lvl 80 too dun forget gin is putten weaker than uryuu and ichi O_o
