It's too OP, really. 4 stats change in his talent and 90% recovery rate, just unkillable if you are VG offensive oriented and his mods, especially the 6th will be game breaker even if he need a lot of fragments to get it

lol? you saw D.B.I ? i dun think so , and it's not a tavern one to say it is too OP it is an event one so it is supposed to be too OP lol XD andand no 6th mod is not OP  i mean for real normal aizen deduct all team fury by 10 and noitra 50% chance to stun

BTW it is not supposed toi be for low lvl if you saw it , 1st mod need lvl 70 so no weak lvl 40 player can be a lot powerful with him , since he can't mod him and his yeah 4 stats change is normal , noza have 3 so why not

yes he is , did you see any good disposition of partners? urahara lvl 80? uryuu lvl 110? lol OFC not and + ultima is SWP so he is free , you can't even compare free to event it's like comparing ganju and demon ichigo + ultima is support you can't compare a support to a van
