Bug Guild instances

The guild instances we do not receive the drops. There appears the items that I have the right but not in my inventory.

you dont receive the items. they go into the "apply" area and you apply for the pieces with your guild and at a certain time you will get the item you applied for. (4 times a day)

sorry but  ... i am guild leader and the items don't appear in any place ...inclusive in my inventory

does the same statement apply to guild coins?
I have completed all of the Guild and personal instances available, but I haven't gotten any guild coins. I cannot reset the Guild instances at all (the option is grayed out), but I can reset the personal instances.

You have to open a guild instance (maybe only guild leader can do that not sure) after that you can enter. And yes it gives you guild coins, personal instant does not/

when you go to partners (except main character), press evolution tab , and proceed from there....
